1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided they have not entered production.
- Custom or personalized cakes cannot be cancelled once production has started.
- To cancel, email contact@muskanbakery.com with your order number.
2. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of bakery products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered and accepted in good condition.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Order was cancelled before production began
- Product was damaged during transit
- Wrong product was delivered
- Product received was spoiled or stale
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the product, packaging, and your order number.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Cash on delivery refunds will be made via bank transfer.
5. Non-Refundable Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable except when the order is cancelled by us or not delivered due to our fault.
